What the app does

7 stops, layer by layerFirst you get to know the cube, then you solve it one stop at a time. Every stop has three steps: Goal, How to and Try it.
Animated cubeEvery move is shown right on the cube, with an arrow and a plain-language explanation. Step through moves, play them or slow them down, and view the cube from the front and the back.
Practice that checks your workThe app scrambles the cube, you solve that step with the move buttons and the app knows when you've got it. Three successful tries earn a badge.
“I got lost”Stuck halfway with a cube at home? Tap in its colors and the app shows which stop you are on and what to do next.
TimerScramble as shown, optionally take 15 seconds to inspect, then time yourself. It remembers your last 10 times and your personal best. No leaderboards.
AccessibilityColor-blind mode with letters on the stickers, adjustable text size, sounds you can switch off. Nothing is locked.

Cubie is made for ages 9 and up, and for anyone who wants to learn to solve the cube. Sentences are short, buttons are big and the path is simple.

Parents, grandparents and teachers can learn together with kids.

We do not collect your location, photos or contacts. Only technical crash reports and simple usage statistics, without your name or email.
